Dr. Natalie Tilton, DPT
Owner, Physical Therapist
Natalie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Owner of Ability Allies.
She knew she wanted to be a Physical Therapist at a very young age fascinated with medical practice and sports rehabilitation along with a strong passion for caring and assisting others.
Natalie received her Undergraduate Degree's in Rehabilitation Science with a Minor in Psychology while competing on the varsity field hockey team winning 3 conference championships and graduated with her Doctorates Degree in Physical Therapy while playing for the New England Regional and Olympic qualifier field hockey teams receiving the student-athlete award for excellence in academics and athletics from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts.
Natalie has over 15 years of clinical experience working directly in the fields of orthopedics, post-operative recovery, sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, pediatrics, and pulmonary rehabilitation with an array of post graduate certifications, some including the Hesch Method (a postural restoration treatment), Graston, Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, Craniosacral Therapy, Cupping, and Custom Foot Orthotic Casting.
With a variety of clinical skills, she is able to evaluate complex conditions and discover the root cause of dysfunction in order to develop the most effective treatment plan for each patient's individual needs.
Natalie is dedicated to implementing her knowledge and passion for health and wellness to guide individuals to successfully optimizing their function and overall quality of life.

Dr. Nicole Milad, with nearly 7 years of expertise, joins our clinic specializing in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Her experience encompasses both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a primary emphasis on orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, along with cardio-pulmonary and burns rehabilitation. In recent years, Dr. Milad has dedicated her attention to neurological rehab, providing treatment to individuals diagnosed with conditions such as Stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, and various others. She is a board certified neurological specialist by the APTA. She places a strong emphasis on fostering collaboration between the patient, their caregivers, and herself, with the goal of preserving independence and facilitating a return to activities that they love.
In her free time, Nicole is excited to return to her home state of New Hampshire and enjoy all that is has to offer! You can find her lounging on the beach with a good book, hiking the white mountains or enjoying all the restaurants the seacoast area has to offer!

Dr. Melissa Gahr, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Gahr has over 30 years of experience treating patients with musculoskeletal and neurological deficits. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science and Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she obtained an Advanced Master Degree Summa Cum Laude in Adult Neurological Rehabilitation from Long Island University. She has experience with a wide-range of patient populations including strokes, traumatic brain injury, cardiopulmonary disease, spinal cord injuries, vestibular disorders and orthopedic and sports injuries. At Rusk Institute, she was a clinical instructor for the NYU PT department and developed a community outreach program for osteoporosis prevention of fractures. Melissa earned a Certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation in 2016 after attending an intensive course sponsored by Emory University and the American Physical Therapy Association in Atlanta.
She is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Vestibular Disorders Association. She also completed training to be an instructor in the CDC-endorsed program, “Tai Chi: Movement for Better Balance” by Dr. FuZhong Li of the Oregon Research Institute.
Over the past decade, her work has become focused in private practice treating musculoskeletal, spine and sports injuries. With a special interest and training in vestibular disorders, Melissa has developed highly successful vestibular treatment programs for patients with dizziness, inner ear disorders, balance and gait abnormalities and provided consultations for many local practices.

Dr. Kathleen Le, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Le graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in the outpatient setting with a concentration in spinal and orthopedic rehabilitation. She has worked in both the hospital and home settings treating a variety of conditions including stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and general deconditioning providing a comprehensive understanding of the continuum of care in physical therapy. Dr. Le is certified in Integrative Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) implementing these strategies along with her concentrated approach of strength and conditioning tactics for total body wellness.
